The Sporting Car Club of is inviting experienced food service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the management and operation of our canteen during scheduled events at the Collingrove Hillclimb facility. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality food and beverage services to competitors, spectators, and event officials.

We are seeking a food service operator who can meet the following key requirements:

• Provide a varied and healthy menu compliant with the Food Standards Act

• Offer quality hot drinks, with the option for barista style coffee

• Ensure compliance with all Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) and food safety standards

• Operate the canteen during event hours (7:30 am – 3:30/4:00 pm) and manage staffing effectively

• Supply and maintain all canteen equipment

• Provide a competitive pricing structure and value for the club
